In the early 1990's while playing at the "Fenix Chess Club" in BorΓ₯s Sweden, "Baktash" begins the difficult task of translating a limited segment of the lengthy story of chess as depicted in the "Shahnameh of Ferdowsi", the main Iranian national epic compiled by the world renowned 10th century CE Persian poet Ferdowsi. Once Baktash completed the complicated translation and composition of the part, it was pinned up to the board on the wall of the Fenix chess club. The part under the title "Rajah of India sending Chess to Nooshinravan" tells the story of the game being brought to Iran from India during the Sasanian era where it was solved and played by the great scientist and Grand Minister of the court of King of kings "Bozorgmehr".
